DESCRIPTION:
Love Chain is a Sharon Holland pattern. This is a very modern quilt in bold batik fabrics in blue tones as well as brown tones. The combination is stunning.The background fabric is a beige tone . the back of the quilt is a tone on tone beige.This quilt would derss up any bed.
CONSTRUCTION:
The fabrics in this patchwork quilt are all 100% cotton and machine pieced for a long-lasting quilt. The batting is 100% cotton, perfect for our Australian climate. I finished the quilt with a double layered binding, machine stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the backing fabric, for added strength and durability. The quilting design is finished in my home studio with a long-arm quilting machine. I love making quilts and take great care with every part of the process from the quilt design, colour selection and sewing, to create a patchwork quilt that will suit your needs and last for many years.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All my patchwork quilts and other items are made to be used and loved. They are made to be durable and can be machine washed in cold or lukewarm water with a gentle washing powder, and tumble dried on a low setting. As they are washed, they will become softer and cosier. If you hang them outside, it is best to hang them in the shade rather than the full sun (or hang them upside down to avoid the beautiful colours fading and bring them inside as soon as they are dry).
