Approx. size 127cm x 153cm. Lap quilt, Baby Quilt.
Quilt top: Dutch garden florals fabrics in light and dark blue, yellow and white. 100% cotton fabrics. The quilt design is by Monique Jacobs and is a modern design with a star centre and surrounded with simple patchwork squares and finished with simple stylish custom quilting.
Backing fabric. Medium blue with a small vine pattern.
Binding. The fabrics that make up the quilt.
DESCRIPTION: This bright colourful quilt makes you feel happy. Great for baby tummy time on the floor. Also would suit granny as a knee rug in the nursing home. It is finished with beautiful free motion custom quilting . This size quilt is easy to take anywhere to have a safe surface to put your baby on, or easy to store in a nursing home.
CONSTRUCTION:
The fabrics in this patchwork quilt are all 100% cotton and machine pieced for a long-lasting quilt. The batting between the layers is 50% bamboo/ cotton, perfect for our Australian climate. I love making quilts and take great care with every part of the process from the quilt design, fabric colour selection and sewing, to create a patchwork quilt that will last for many years to come and hopefully be treasured by the owner.
CARE
Machine washable on a cool or warm setting with a gentle washing powder.
Line dry in the shade or may be gently tumble dried.
