Baby Bargello
Approx. size: 130cm x 147 cm
Quilt top: 100% cotton fabrics in Purples, light to dark and teal blues light to dark.
Backing fabric: in purple leopard fabric 100% cotton . Batting: 100% cotton.
Machine washable on a cool or warm setting with a gentle washing powder.
Line dry in the shade or may be gently tumble dried.

DESCRIPTION:
This quilt features a quilting style called ‘Bargello” where the fabrics move in a wave pattern in a gradient of colours giving movement and life to the pattern. I have chosen purples and blues creating a lovely effect.
This fun small quilt is great for a baby. Great for tummy time on the floor. Also would suit granny as a knee rug in the nursing home. This size quilt is easy to take anywhere to have a safe surface to put your baby on, or easy to store in a nursing home.
CONSTRUCTION:
The fabrics in this patchwork quilt are all 100% cotton and machine pieced for a long-lasting quilt. The batting between the layers is 100% cotton, perfect for our Australian climate. I love making quilts and take great care with every part of the process from the quilt design, fabric colour selection and sewing, to create a patchwork quilt that will last for many years to come and hopefully be treasured by the owner.
